A person, usually male, who shows through some daring deed or antagonistic word-play, that they are truly weighed down by the size of their metaphorical testicles.

Daring, to the point of being foolhardy, confrontational or overtly aggressive.

An excessive amount of confidence.

2. (adjective) Describes an object or situation that is as wack as a rectangle with no right angles. Wacktangular.

Ex1:
Ever since my friend Jess found out she is pregnant, she has been drinking 3 liters of goat urine to help her baby get essential vitamins. But it turns out that goat urine increases the risk of your baby being born Chinese. That's kinda' wacktangular.

Ex2:
Herman cheated on his wife of 98 years with a young prostitute from Venezuela. Instead of telling his wife that he contracted herpes and the clap, he gave her both and blamed them on her. Jeff is a wacktangle!
