In the real world sizes are called small, medium and large. So this would be a pint of milk with 4 shots of espresso, which makes it a large.

Customer: "Can I have a pint of steamed milk with 4 shots of espresso?"
Barista: "You mean a quad venti non-fat latte?"
Customer: "No, a pint of steamed milk with 4 shots of espresso. Do you have shit in your ears?"
Barista: "Whatever."
