1. One who is extreemley sketchy, most likley an older man.
2. A sketch Bomb usually pertains to someone who is following, stalking, or watching you.
3. a retard, or annoying person

When we came out of the cheesecake tasting convention, this sketch bomb was tottly following us to the car.

A person(s) that wierd you out and make you a little uncomfortable when they're around... not overly uncomfortable where you don't want to be there just enough to make me think of other places you could be.

Guy 1: "Hey are you going on that camping trip next weekend?"

Guy 2: "I don't know if I want to go man, it sounds fun but Tom and his new girlfriend are going to be there and they kind of sketch me out."

a strange shady like presumption, plan, or scheme. Most likely a hustle in a mischievious and dishonest manner.
