A derogatory term for man who behaves like a dick so big it would, if real, touch the floor and sweep it clean as he walked along.

“John is a real floor sweeper.....” implies that someone named John is behaving like a very large dick.

Someone who uses their floor as if it's a closet. Meaning they throw their shit everywhere, but somehow seem to know exactly where their shit is when it comes time to use it.
