Flargen is a word you should use instead of never mind: it means “I just realized this is irrelevant, so I won’t say it.”

Helpful when your friends ask “no no what were you going to say?”

Flargen is truly an irrelevant comment or story that is not important to the story or conversation you’re already having.

You: “I had a dream about that once… well. It’s Flargen, so never mind.”
Friend: “No what were you trying to say?”
You: “It’s Flargen, it’s totally irrelevant”

Flagging bears

When an individual tells dramatically over the top and blatantly false lies, particularly where they are the hero or righteous protagonist, in an attempt to impress strangers.

Usage:

Person A: Man, did Joe tell you about the robbery he stopped at the liquor store last night?

Person B: oh pal, he's just flagging bears. You can't believe a word that guys says.
