One whom is so deeply rooted into alcohol addiction prices become the imperitive decisive factor in the purchase of alcoholic beverages. Always, deep strategic consideration is taken for the alcohol to dollar ratio, always buying the absolute bottom of the barrel cheapest bang for your buck beverage. Frequently panhandles and drinks exclusively to get drunk, never for the taste.

Look at that man standing on the corner holding a "why lie i need a beer" sign! He may look like a bum but he's a mathematical genius when calculating alcohol to dollar ratios, as well as a strategic drunk! Surely he will get wasted on no more than 5 dollars! He's a true budget binger!
