bear hug

A hugging method by wrapping one's arms around another person and applying a powerful pressure, typically enough to render the target's upper arms immoble. Mostly used in to either show affection or immoblize a person for any other reason.

I just gave Alissa a bear hug. She couldn't move her arms to hug back.

Bear Wearing Footy Pajamas 

When someone pretends to be sweet and child like but underneath they are still wild and unpredictable like a Bear. Typically evil in nature pretending to be good.

Adam: I like Eric, he's such a nice guy.
Clint: No Way, that dude is just a Bear wearing Footy Pajamas, you can't trust his outer apperance.

Bear Lounge 

A lounge located on the third floor of holy angles, maily occupied by addictive chewers and tobacco goers. Grizzly is sported often. Pools of saliva cover the floors and it smells of strong fragrence.

Bear Flu 

Illnesses which are spread around at bear run conventions due to the large numbers of people who gather and interact in one confined place. Lack of sleep, drama, stress, travel, and post con depression may also depress the immune system, contributing to bear flu.

This is synonymous with "Con Crud" or "Kennel Cough", but this is more specific to bear runs.

I had an amazing time at Texas Bear Round-up, but I ended up catching bear flu.
