A two hit tallahassee is a manoeuvre used when a participant in a sesh is unable to fully hit the bong. The user light the bowl and inhale a normally but is unable to pull the ash through into the water. The user exhales the smoke and immediately proceeds to hit the bowl again until there is no ash remaining

Tallahassee is the capitol of Florida. Known for a large population of corrupt politicians, evangelicals,redneck Republicans, pedophiles, and really, really dumb people. The avearge Tallahassee resident dosen't know the diffrence between China and Japan. No sense of culture/the outside world.

And it has really bad mosquitoes.

A poor excuse for a state capital. The capital should have been moved to Orlando, but because Springtime Tallahassee was so big, won the right to be FL's capital city. Jacksonville is our largest city, what sense does that make?

Inept state and local government, who would rather be concerned with protecting the environment than luring good-paying jobs and recreational activities here.
