The Reverse Stomach Pump is a sexual act that two people take part in. One person shoves a hose up the other persons ass, then the hose is turned on. Once their rectum or whole intestine track is filled, the person who now has water inside them voids it from their body. Either onto the other participant or their clothing from them to put on later.
