Shadowlight

A metaphorical concept, shadowlight is a shadow produced by projection of light rather than an absence of it. Unlike a typical shadow which is frequently associated with a person bringing their personal darkness into a positive environment, shadowlight is associated with a person bringing their light, their positivity, into a dower environment.

The room was thick with gloom, but when Jenna marched in through the heavy oak doors, her shadowlight cast across the musky walls, burning away the dark atmosphere.

Shadow people are what manifests in a person’s imagination after they’ve been awake for approximately 72+ hours on methamphetamine. The exact purpose for their existence and/or intentions of aforementioned shadow people vary considerably from tweaker to tweaker depending on their mindset upon “seeing” them.

Shadow of the Beast

A fun, but REALLY difficult 1989 Platformer game made by Psygnosis for the Commodore Amiga computer. It was soon ported to many other consoles and computers such as the Atari Lynx and the Turbo Grafx-16 PC Engine, two of the better ports.
