Medstar Ready

When you tell everyone you’re ready but you’ve actually got 30-90 minutes of fucking around before you’re ready.

The Medstar team said they were ready to go but then had to put in a CVC and draw up a bunch of drugs.

They just be using the “Medstar ready” definition of the word.
