To 'moapse' means to be miserable, and to appear to be so. Very common word used in mid-Cheshire, UK, by most people, so probably heard in surrounding districts. Since I've never actually seen the word in print, it could be spelt in a variety of ways . .

Monaca, PA

A small town in Beaver County filled with people who think they are rich, but are going no where in life. There’s barely anything to do in Monaca. If you want to go somewhere, you can visit the ghost town of the Beaver Valley Mall that only has like 7 stores. Because the mall is so beat, kids tend to stay inside and play Fortnite, and adults will drive to Pittsburgh if they need anything. If you’re hungry and you’re in Monaca, the only place that’s worth your time is Shogun. The school is filled with a bunch of kids who think they are rich but get their money from their parents or the various fast food places in Monaca that pay $5 an hour. The kids there love to bully other kids into thinking suicide is okay. The principals there aren’t any better than the kids. The principals put their hands on other students and disrespect their students that have passed away. If you’re thinking of moving to Monaca because of the “good school district”, please don’t.

Person 1: Want to hangout in Monaca, PA?
Person 2: No. there is nothing to do there.
