A term that draws it's history from the United States Military, particularly the combat arms. It refers to a management concept adopted either accidentally or on purpose by shitty leaders. This leadership style is defined by being light on details and withholding information. Concurrently shitty leaders will ensure that the information that does get passed along is either incorrect or unreliable (See Bullshit)

Keeping subordinates in the dark and feeding them shit.

A "Crimson Mushroom" is given to an unsuspecting person by removing one's flaccid penis from one's trousers and slapping said penis across the cheek, forehead, eye socket or other impressionable area of the body (preferably the face) so as to cause a large, red, mushroom shaped outline on the recipient.

a phrase made redundant because "shiitake" means mushroom in Japanese, there for it doesn't mean "Japanese mushroom;" it actually translates into "mushroom mushroom."
1: What does shiitake mushroom mean?
2: Dude, it means "mushroom mushroom."
1: No seriously, what the fuck is shiitake??
2: Just shut your ass.

When some accidently use the word "shit" when they wish not to, they might add "taki mushroom" so it is as if they were not swearing at all. This method may also be used for the word "fuck".
One day I accidentally started to say "what the fuck" in maff class when informed of a homework assignment. I knew this would not fly. Thinking quickly I added "taki mushroom" to the end. The day was saved. No one suspects me of being a potty mouff. The teacher, coincidentally, is actually quite fond of fucktaki mushrooms in her spring rolls. Oh fucktaki mushroom! I misspelled "mouth".
