Acronym for the L.A.P.D. Pronounced "Lapped" This is when you get pulled over, questioned, arrested, harassed, or even looked at by an officer of the L.A.P.D. It's just another way of saying you got fucked with by the man in L.A.

Guy: Dude that chick's getting lapd over there.
Dude: That's what he gets for giving An Oregon BJ to a 87 year old man on the bus!

LAPD

A great Police Department. Primary duty is to protect and to serve. if you live in Los Angeles or are visiting, you call 911 (The LAPD) when you need help. The Police department that maintains law and order...if there were no Police in L.A. it would so crazy and more violent.

Help call 911 were being robbed. Thank God the Police are here.
