Confusing but people use this word to describe their style if they are not actually edgy and just go around saying the word like a cringy wannabe when in reality they will never be in that type of culture.

Instead of being edge like a emo or whatever. be edge like grunge or punks. positive edginess is instead of being a sad and emotional your more hyper, wild and don't give enough fucks and do whatever the hell you want.

A general term decribing a person that differs from the norm and provokes unconventional thought, often with reference to appearance or personality qualities. Sometimes employed as an insult by sheep or squares whose groupthink causes them to fear people who don't conform to their narrow view of reality.

That new girl at the office, Jane, has this awesome edgy quality that makes work feel a little less mundane. I look forward to seeing what she brings to the table in our next project.
