A word derived from a proper name and a familiar word; douchebag and Frankenstein. The combination of these two words suggests a douchebag (see def.) and something completely mutated personified. The combination of the two is defined as such:

1. someone who has taken the act of being a douchebag to extremes never seen before, making the concept of doucheness "come alive".

"I'd really like to go home right now, because this is extremely boring, but my boss is being a total douchebagenstein."

A non-verbal cue given to express disappointment, disapproval, dislike, or general disdain. aka a dirty look.

The guy just stood there on his porch with his arms crossed and gave me the douche eye.

My wife didn't have to say anything when I said I wanted to go out with the guys. I knew the answer when she gave me the Douche Eye.

Douche Grin

More commonly referred to as a smirk, a douche grin is a smile that expresses scorn, smugness, etc. Often performed by smiling on one side only. The douche grin was named so because douchebags are inclined to abuse smirking.

That guy's douche grin makes me want to punch him in the face.

A spoiled woman. Most often characterized as being obnoxious, ungrateful, rude and impatient

Woman: "I would like an oil change, tire rotation and alignment... How long is that going to take? - I've got a nail appointment in 15 minutes".

Service Manager: "No problem, Ma'am... We'll have you out of here in 7 minutes and 12 seconds".

Technician: "Fuck that fucking douchebagarina, her fucking douchebag-Prius-piece-of-fucking-shit and fuck YOU!.... 15 minutes! Dumb mother-fuckers!
