The Counter-Yoink is an exceedingly rare version of a yoink allowing the yoinked party to counter the effects of a yoink, provided the initial yoink has not been fully completed.

I was trying to yoink that puck from him, but he totally counter-yoinked me.

Counter-Banter

(Verb)
If one ‘Counter-Banters’, it is the action of deciding not to take part in some casual banter that a mate is having with you; it is to kill an exchange of banter stone-dead.

“Ah that’s a shame, I was only being sarcastic and trying to have a laugh, instead you decided to take the matter seriously and shut me down. That was a real case of counter-bantering.”

Aside from the Merriam-Webster definitions as being an abbreviation of 'mountain' or 'Montana' another meaning of this word is that of making something simple more difficult. When used with the term 'code', for instance, it is the process of encoding information from a readable source into symbols or from one set of symbols into another set of symbols using a key or keys for private secluded, or hidden storage, or encrypting. Decoding is the reverse process, converting code symbols, again using the key or keys, back into a form that is again readable, such as from one language (English) to another (Spanish), or from Pitman shorthand to Gregg shorthand or to a personally designed shorthand. The word is not commonly used.

This piece of shorthand cannot be decoded. It uses a countermont code requiring a key.

Going the opposite way of the clock handles go , instead of going to the left it spins to the right. Can also mean thinking backwards or thinking about something so much you go back to where you started/first thought of.
