However, something was missing, something that he had been yearning for since the very beginning of his existance. He then realized that nobody, NOBODY, was givin' up dat neck.

He became so powerful that day that he had a new, ongoing mission that he could only wish to do in a single lifetime; get as many people as possible to give up dat neck.
To this day, Snoop Drac continues to get people to give up dat neck, and he does it on a daily basis.
