A version of noob-sauce and also cow-sauce , but a much more severe version.

It is also the name of a known disease.
Symptoms are as listed: inability to think properly, loss of brain cells continually from birth, loss of proper limb movement, loss of rational thought, and more sever e effects of this disease is slurred language and severe mental retardation.
