The “fugitive” immigrant law based on the infamous Dred Scott v. Sanford, but for now currently for immigrants. Thanks to the fact that compliance to clear federal law thanks to our wonderfully wicked Supreme Court is region based, after a few more partisan federal judges are added to the bench there will be more regional based fugitive “whatever” laws and doctrines as partisan judges bend interpretations of law and precedent to fit their aims. Until the Supreme Court and President supersede federal judges entirely and decide to enforce whatever doctrines they want to federally.
