This term stands for penpineappleapplepen, from the famous Japanese video "PPAP", sometimes also called "Pineappleapplepen" and "The Apple Pen song". The song has been parodyed many times and since it came out has goten over 1,000,000 views on Youtube. The lyrics are this: "I have a pen, I have an apple. UH! Apple pen!" I think you get the picture.
