Get the humansmug. Humans don't have shark like eyes, or wolf like eyes, or lion like eyes, since they're not sharks, wolves, or lions. Sharks, wolves, and lions know no evil, they're not sinners, they're as innocent as lambs. Humans are not innocent, so they're nothing like sharks, wolves, lions, or any other animals. Humans don't have enough heart, guts, or innocence (lack of bad intentions) to be like sharks, wolves, lions, or any other animals.
The guys eyes were not shark like, they were human like. Another guy trying to scare a population into doing something, big deal. He was never anything like a shark, nor was anybody else. He was one of the humans, like everyone else.

An 'Anti-Human' is defined as a nasty individual who systemically reduces the Human Rights of any and all other any people, regardless of colour, creed, geography, orientation or status. The 'Anti-Human' gives things the wrong way round for people.
The 'Anti-Human' is just nasty and seeks reduction of others in each transaction in what it gives and doesn't give. He picks on all the things he shouldn't pick on. Colour, creed, age, sexuality, disability status, intelligence, wealth etc and all other BASE level thigs to reduce Human Rights. The 'Anti-Human' takes all your rights as soon as possible. You know he has done it.
The 'Anti-Human' even resorts to nefarious means such those now outlawed in the more savvy US - such as electronic harassment, and forcing matters of Mental Health and mental health problems (to occasion forced treatments) and to cause stigmatisation and reduction of rights, status, and overall value to the Patient. Who’s needs are ignored and rights forfeit at all times, in the view of the 'Anti-Human'.

The Mental Health teams were 'Anti-Human' when they ignored physical health symptoms causing severe harms and reductions and gave a misdiagnosis and forced inappropriate treatments. The Mental Health ignored the UK statutes and Tort laws and in the detentions and subsequently misapplied the law in decision making processes to fully complete the diversion into mental health.
