A terminology used to refer to some who continuously uses a horse box for the toilet.

Bill Mill

A hospital or medical practice that is far better at billing, than it is at actually treating patients. Theses are especially common around the larger urban areas, where a large part of the population receives their insurance "through the state". It's well known that these types of insurance plans are much easier to overbill and flat-out rip-off, due to incompetence, ineptitude and ignorance, which of course is never in short supply in ANY state office.

I've been to the medical rehab place five times, and seen a different doctor every time, and still have got no real treatment or relief, it's just a "bill mill".

That one guy that's so funny you can get a gut infection from laughing so hard. Or you could get a gut infection because Bill stabbed you. Bill could be the best, funniest, most wonderful person you've ever met, or the next Ted Bundy. Either way, Bill is a nice guy.

Bill Cipher

A one trillion and twelve year old yellow chaos god shaped similarly to a triangle three-sided polygon with three angles and the Eye of Providence, wearing a tophat and shape similar to that of a bow tie, whilst also only sporting one eye, leading to a major lack of depth perception that he doesn't give a damn about. One of Bill's most well known instances is that of a moment in which he sang "We'll Meet Again," while playing a piano with major inaccuracies to the song, with his status as an insane chaos god, it was likely intentional, as he forced the piano to properly play the song.

"For one trillion years I've been trapped in my own decaying dimension, waiting for a universe to call my own. Name's Bill Cipher!"
