Muffaroni & Cheese

A specially prepared pasta and cheese dish uncommonly found on restaurant menus. Similar to Macaroni and Cheese with one added ingredient... Pubic Hair.

As our waitress brought me my macaroni & cheese I was enlightened to find a short and curly hair in my dish. What a pleasant surprise the chef had prepared me Muffaroni & Cheese.
