The term used to describe the occurance in which traffic is moving 15mph more than it should, yet one car is going 20-30 mph faster, and therefore the one pulled over by the cops. In otherwords, when everyone is speeding, but the one speeding the most would be the 'scapegoat' speeder.

Person 1: "Dude I was going 70 in a 55 the other day but there was another guy that got busted doing 80."
Person2: "Good thing you had that scapegoat speeder!"

Scrapnel

Scrapnel is a newly coined hillbilly variation on the word shrapnel. Originally (mis)spoken by "Turtleman" on the show "Call of the Wildman" during the "Speedway Demons" episode when referring to a racecar crashing and throwing car parts around the track.

"If that car crashes, it may throw scrapnel around."

A grenade can explode, sending scrapnel into your face.
