A total douche. Someone who’s sole purpose on this earth is to be a deterrent in other’s pursuit of happiness. Lacks intelligence, but is quick to bust someone’s balls over something highly unimportant. Ex: wearing a hat, holding someone’s hand, going too fast out of a parking lot, Etc. Gets paid way to much money to do his/her job, but still acts like a total hardass.
