-sold or lose business
-get/got divorced

- missed the birth of his child/kids birthday
-Get fired within a fortnight.

Dude is in a tough spot, he got mooched.

Someone who never offers anything and weasels their way into somewhere they weren't invited. Commonly found in the sale aisle at dollar general. Often gets defensive when asked to contribute.
