Someone passive interest(ed) is someone who is desperate for something but doesn't show any signs of interest in that something, basically asking them to help achieve the person the something he wants but acting cool and not worried on it.

Growing your propersonal skills is a great way to bridge the gap between personal and professional development.
I have a propersonal interest in developping as a krav maga coach and i think some of the teams could benefit from learning krav maga.
