n. Any grouping of physical bumps or blemishes underneath the eyes. Often rough and bumpy to the touch, eye dots are an unpleasant sight to all people and can usually be seen from a moderate distance. White is the most common color for eye dots.

An ignorant phrase used by adolescents to refer to the bindi, a decorative dot worn on a Hindu woman's forehead.

May also be used to refer to a bulbous pimple on someone's forehead.
