Word used amongst the homosexual community. Refers to homosexuals that are about to engage in homosexual activities. It can also mean that they are willing to participate in activities.

One homosexual male at a bar says to another, blinkacha. The other responds by saying yes and the two leave to engage in homosexual acts.
