Used to describe an extremely awesome and/or epic person of the highest level. The word originates from Hassan Wattoo, one of the awesomest guys in the history of ever. People usually compare someone to Hassan Wattoo to show that that person is really awesome.

Daaaaammn that guy is so awesome he's almost as epic as Wattoo.
The new Batman movie was Wattoo epic.

Watts Prophets

The Watts Prophets are a group of musicians and poets from Watts, Los Angeles. The group combined elements of jazz and spoken words perfomance, making the trio one that is often seen as a forerunner of contemporary Hip-Hop. Formed in 1967, the group comprises Richard Dedeaux, Father Amde Hamilton (born Anthony Hamilton) and Otis O'Solomon.

It seems like The Watts Prophets was creating some Hip-Hop ass music, yooooooooo!
