Shrimping

Is when you eat so much food that you become lethargic and want to sleep (the after Christmas dinner feeling). This idea is driven from shrimp that swim up the water column to the surface and eat so much food it causes them to fall asleep and sink to the bottom.

I am shrimping so bad after all that food.

It can either be eating or describe what is being eaten. If something is shlumpin than it is very desirable and delusions. If you are shlumpin it just means you are eating. You can also use the word as shlump also in reference to eating.
