An online gaming situation in which you recognize, pre-game, that you and your team will get absolutely pwned. Most commonly used in first person shooters on Xbox360. Term typically used in the game lobby before the game starts.

The close relation to the word colonoscopy references the post-match feeling of utter defeat.
