This guy will litterly do anything to bother you. You are like just sitting there and then he just shows up and irritates the living shit out of you. Sometimes he will just smile at you from a distance and you are sitting there like "what the actual fu"#?", it's really weird but he is a friend because he is willing to sit and listen to you.
