When you're unnecessarily insecure about literally everything to do with your body and face and feel awkward in front of not only strangers but also good friends, which leads to anxiety which leads to anti-social tendencies. But in actuality nothing is awkward, everything is chill and you couldn't look any cuter, it's just all in your head. You only fall for cute nerds, but nerds don't fall for you, and you're too shy to go up to them and talk.

John: "hey, Jamal and Jane, come meet my friends!"
Jamal: ...
Jane: "no my face is too ugly today, my legs are too fat today, and my nose seems too poofy, I'll pass"
John: "oh c'mon Jane, don't be such a Jamal!"
