When the person starts “flapping about” this is a classic form of goosing. For example on COD if a player picks battle and then runs away mid fight this is Gooooosing. Any erratic behaviour is classed as goosing. But is best used to refer to or in context when a male is backing out of a battle or awkward situation to get away. Similar terms are “bottle” and “bottling it”.
