The process of using one's meat package (aka Penis) to slap someone.

Much like a "cock smack" the meat smack is a harder and more intense version that can result in a concussion or some sort of damage including but not limited to- breaking a nose, poking out an eye, knocking teeth out, bruising, as well as many others
