Sleep does simply not exist. Sleep is used to trick kids into closing their eyes for hours and when they open them again, they wont remember what happened. As an adult, you do not need sleep at all.

Kid: Mommy?
Mom: Yes sweetie?
Kid: Is sleep real?
Mom: Oh honey, that is something we should discuss another time.
Mom: Now go to sleep!
Kid: Okay Mommy
