Another type of momentary clowning-around license might be if there is a sudden loud noise nearby dat presumably would allow you to raucously respond in kind --- for example, if a passing car toots its horn for no apparent reason, you then briefly have "implied permission" to shut your eyes tightly and bellow, "HAWNK!!" in "reply" to said unexpected auditory interruption.

Beppi The Clown Is The Eight Boss in Cuphead, The First Phase is him just jerking off in a bunker car, he will occasionally Ram at you, just dash over him, watch out for the ducks above you they can damage you. The second phase is a balloon, he will spawn balloon dogs that are easy to kill, watch out for the roller coaster and dodge the passengers on it, the third phase he rides a donkey, when it’s green he will spit out green horseshoes that go up and down, when it’s orange don’t jump for 3 seconds and then don’t go under the horseshoes, the fourth phase is a merricle round, the roller coaster is much faster now so stay on the platforms, he will spit out penguins that throw baseballs at you, keep shooting and you will beat him
