dock bling

when:

-the dock in OSX is set to 'magnify' the icons on mouse-over more than 10%,

-your dock icons are too big (larger than 20% is offensive unless you are blind or have a monitor the size of an iPhone)
-you use the 'genie' effect on minimize

all of the above is annoying.
