The people who choose lifestyle products prefer an entire social environment made up of other users of the same lifestyle products.
It isn't only brands. A technicity can revolve around special interest social media which excludes people of all other interests.
Sometimes the behavior of technical adherents reaches religious levels of dedication, exclusion and criticism.
