They are either seen as "quirky" or intolerable for their behavior in some cases. Yes, many fall under this category, but some of them are just quiet and keep to themselves. Some members of this age range do not fall into the quirky, obnoxious, or mentally disturbed category at all; this is just a general conclusion based on how a lot of them behave on the internet.
