full of all that is nifty. spiffy or perhaps stylish. can be used in reference to clothingor items, but is mainly used to describe an event that has no real purpose or is without concern to others.

that shirt is quite niftyfull there. that was niftyfull.
that was a dumb thing u did but i think it was niftyfull non-the-less.
