Ultimate Balloon Deflation

When a male shaves his pubic area, and believes that cold water will help prevent razor burn. He then turns his shower on and sets it to as cold as it can get and holds the shower head at the most 3 inches from his penis and testicles for at least 10 seconds. Once the cold water is shot on his penis and testicles he watches his privates contract to his body for warmth.
