Iam "Man, that is creepy."
Hym "What?"
Iam "I quote her 1 time and now she's popping up in my feed. It's creepy. The algorithm shouldn't be able to do that..."
Hym "Now that I think of it, yeah. We've been watching the same type of content for years (and she is in the same space as the other people we watch) and it wasn't until the opinion comment that she started popping up..."
Iam "Maybe it's just a coincidence..."

Disorder in which someone randomly quotes a particular movie/scene from either a movie/show from time to time
"Boil 'em, mash 'em, stick 'em in the stew!" she says. "Did you just quote Lord of the Rings? You must have Random Movie Quote Disorder (RMQD)!" he replies.

A phrase often used in essays for an English class that follows a quote and comes before the explanation for why the quote is relevant. English teachers hate is because it is unnecessary.
Student: "Why did I get a point off my essay?"
Teacher: "Because you said 'this quote shows', which is unneeded and interrupts the flow of your writing"
Student: "tf?"

another way of saying "same" or "me too". You're taking a 'quote' of whatever another person said and saying you feel the same.
