A sortof cigarette like thing that emits water vapour instead of smoke. Many people think it doesnt harm you, although it may most likely contain nicotene. And smoking water vapour is not very healthy, or safe, either.
Ull see many many people do tricks with the thick clouds that come out of there mouths from esticks.
