The act of inserting a man's penis (oogala) into a woman's vagina (boogala). Oogala Boogala's formal definition is the act of sexual intercourse put into lamens term for young children. First heard by sex-ed teacher in the sixth grade as to not say the word "sex" but rather another name that would be humorous to children.
