Bane capitalism is the process of clever financial operators aquiring under performing companies, guttting them, selling off the profitable components and shutting down the ones that are not, resulting in maximizing shareholders return, causing layoffs for thousands of middle class citizens, therefore spreaing much misery throught the country.
