Why are we still here?...

Why are we still here? Just to suffer? Every night, I can feel my leg… and my arm… even my fingers. The body I’ve lost… the comrades I’ve lost… won’t stop hurting… It’s like they’re all still there. You feel it, too, don’t you?

I still rock with you

Listen, I know things between us are complicated to say the least right now. This situation is uncharted waters and I'm doing my best to navigate it just like you. I've been trying to figure out the right way to put how I'm feeling into words and I've been doing a terrible job, but I'm hoping this definition clears up some of those shortcomings. Though I'm not as gifted as you are with words I would very much like to talk to you. It doesn't have to be now or even today, but soon. Please.

still waters run deep

A Proverb that suggests that quiet people are often very thoughtful.
Steve: I get the impression that Jill isn't very smart. She never says anything. Fran: Don't be so sure. Still waters run deep you know.

lost sight still breathing

When one takes such a large dump, one end vanishes down the tube, while the other end is still poking out of the water.

Usually the result of or not dumping for 3 to 4 days.
While spending a three day weekend camping, the outhouse was too repulsive to even go near. When Jay got home, he hadn't dumped in 4 days and it was so big, one end vanished down the tube while the other end was still hanging out of the water. Resulting in his first lost sight still breathing dump of the month.
