When two co-workers are so physically attracted to each other they can't wait to leave the office to have sexual intercourse. This is similar to friends with benefits with a spin on it. It refers to the people who work together and hook up. They aren't in a serious relationship with each other, they only use each other for sex. And if they are married, not to each other, even better.

In the movie, Secretary, the character played by James Spader and the character played by Maggie Gyllenhall were co-workers with benefits.
